At The Heart

Here in the UK and likewise in Sydney, we are a 100% family firm, with Joel Aitken being the hands on leader as a fully qualified and skilled Bricklayer, supported by his parents Chris Aitken and Michelle Hare and Brother Cian Aitken managing the finance, sales and marketing of the business.

Joel works closely with his Uncle David Aitken learning from his vast range of skills and experience and over in Sydney. Aitken Bricklaying Services Australia is a Husband and Wife team, so we are one collective family firm at the heart of this experienced Bricklaying Business.

What We Do

Aitken Bricklaying Services, is predominantly a high end construction bricklaying company. We have substantial experience in building homes in and around the East Midlands. However, we do cover all aspects of bricklaying from the commercial side to the residential to the word-of-mouth client that may only require a letter box installation. Our aim is to cover everybody’s needs.

We cover all types of masonry. Bricklaying and Block laying is our forte, however we do have a lot of experience of stonework, paving and cross over tiling / cladding. Our knowledge of water prevention, dam proofing and flashings are second to none. Every gang is equipped with a full set of bricklaying equipment, scaffolding and lasers to ensure safety and accuracy. Above all we hold cleanliness in high regard to ensure a safe blank canvas to work off.
